This is a vintage which is absolutely hitting its sweet spot now. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere are many myths and tales as to why, but due to certain vagaries of the time, the appellation of Pommard was unfairly excluded from having a Grand Cru vineyard. However, its legendary Epeneaux and Epenots vineyards have long been accepted as such in quality and reputation in all but name.
