In 2005, a blind tasting of a Jura Chardonnay from Stéphane Tissot sparked his interest in the region and led to the creation of Domaine du Pélican.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince 2012, Guillaume has built the domaine to 15 hectares, including parcels from Jura legend Jacques Puffeney. His Burgundian influence is clear, but the wines retain a distinct Jura character: Chardonnay is raised in Burgundian barriques, Savagnin in 500-litre casks, with regular topping-up to preserve freshness rather than encourage oxidative styles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWe’re delighted to offer the Chardonnay 2020 and Savagnin 2019 from Grand Curoulet\u003c\/strong\u003e, one of the Jura’s most distinguished sites.
