Their path took them to work with Burgundian legends Jean-Yves Bizot and Philippe Pacalet, before New Zealand icon Felton Road in Central Otago. Yoshi in the winery and Kyoko in the vineyard, they spent several years refining their approach before releasing wines under their own Sato label from sourced fruit.
