2024 Meursault Blagny 1er Cru Antoine Jobard
£660.00 In Bond £812.66 Inc VAT (£135.44 Per Bottle)-
Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
From a small combe high up at the edge of Meursault bordering the appellation of Puligny, Antoine feels Blagny’s enclosed position means the fruit ripens a little earlier than his other vineyards, and so is one of the first to be picked. The wine has a fantastic ripe and juicy fruit nature, but the earlier picking policy gives a fine citrus edge and an enticing herbaceous lift to his cuvée.?

JMO, October 2025, Score: 91-93
Pale lemon in colour. A slightly more chiselled nose than the village Meursault, yet clearly ripe. Fullish white fruit, concentrated apples and a pear or two, well-constructed with a long finish. Drink from 2029-2034.

2024 Meursault Antoine Jobard
£360.00 In Bond £452.66 Inc VAT (£75.44 Per Bottle)-
Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
This cuvée consists of 7 different parcels within the village, including the outstanding En La Barre, which Antoine historically separated out as a lieu-dit. Antoine ages this cuvée in larger 400 litre casks to minimise the interaction with the oak and its impact on the flavour profile. This wine has a lovely broad and ripe stone fruit character with very light aromas of rose and honeysuckle. A rich mid-palate has notes of nuts, sweet pastry and apricot crumble.

A blend of Tillets, En La Barre, Sous La Velle, Corbins, Pré de Manche, Meix Tavaux and Chaumes de Narvaux. Antoine prefers to assemble all his village plots these days. Lemon and lime in colour. Very stylish with some apple and citrus notes, yet fully ripe. A solid rounded full-bodied Meursault in the mouth, of a sort not seen so often these days. This should develop character with age but will be accessible fairly early. Drink from 2028-2032.

JMO, October 2025, Score: 90-92
Four barrels from 13 ouvrées. Epenots was the Mussy vineyard in the best condition when Antoine took over. More of a magenta colour, with evident weight and some structure on the nose. Good energy with just the right acidity. Fair length. Drink from 2029-2033.

£275.00 In Bond £350.66 Inc VAT (£58.44 Per Bottle)-
JMO, October 2025, Score: 89-91
Three barrels in one hectare is less than 7 hl/ha (though more than in Montrevenots). Mid purple. A livelier fresh pinot with cherries and fresh raspberry. No more than medium bodied of course, with the cherries more abundant at the back. Well-constructed, and enjoyably juicy at the finish. Drink from 2028-2032.

Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
A blend of five different parcels within the commune of Meursault, honeysuckle and lemon leap out of the glass. The wine has a brilliant balance of power and zingy acidity which maintains the freshness. There is a lingering passion fruit posset creaminess on the finish. Absolutely delightful.
