Today under the current ownership the estate consists of 13.5 ha of vineyards and 78 ha of olive groves, run by Sonia Ermini and her vineyard manager Giampaolo, from the famed Isole e Olena estate. They follow traditional techniques, using Slovenian Foudres for their Classico and French barriques for the Riserva. They use gentle fermentation up to a maximum of 28 degrees to preserve purity and refinement, which is such an important characteristic of the property's wines.Read less
