A message from Martin Krajewski of Chateau de Sours about the Harvest end at Ch de Sours and Clos Cantenac…
Good Morning All
After a very early start to our harvest this year at Chateau de Sours commencing on 19th August, tomorrow morning we expect to finally finish at Chateau de Sours.
Also today we picked the last of the fruit at Cloc Cantenac in St Emilion and now have a full cellar.
The weather the last few days has been spectacular, as per the attached photo, and we hope that our 2011 wines will reflect all that has happened here this year and I have also attached several more photos to show the new facilities at de Sours.
