We are incredibly proud to have received the IWC Burgundy Specialist Merchant award last night. More than anything this is a recognition of the extraordinary growers with whom we work.
They are a broad selection: the old guard and young turks, traditionalists and modernists, immensely sought after to relatively unknown, from Chablis to Chassagne, from Marsannay to Mercurey, but all united by a determination and drive to produce the absolute best that their individual terroir is capable of.
It is an extraordinary privilege not just to work with these people, but to consider them our friends.
