Without question this is the finest ‘quaffing’ rosé I have tasted. Ever.
Chateau St Baillon, Cotes de Provence, or as it is commonly known here, Sunny B, flies out of the door year round. Salmon-pink in colour, light, fresh with beautiful finesse and very fine aromatics of strawberry fruit. It’s a cracker of a rosé.
