2024 Nuits St Georges 1er Cru Aux Bousselots François Legros
£245.00 In Bond £315.54 Inc VAT (£52.59 Per Bottle)-
Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
Sitting just outside of town on a strip of Premiers Crus vineyards that runs north towards Vosne Romanée, Aux Bousselots has deeper, richer alluvial soils composed largely of limestone pebbles and gravel. The terroir here gives a broader, riper expression of Pinot with dark forest fruit and rich pomegranate and liquorice giving way to firm, grippy tannins. 30% new oak upholds the structure and adds warmth and roundness.
2024 Nuits St Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots Louis Jadot Famille Gagey
£455.00 In Bond £546.00 Inc VAT (£91.00 Per Bottle)-
Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
This superb, half-hectare parcel belonging to the Gagey family is a flagship Premier Cru from the Côte de Nuits for Louis Jadot. Neighbouring Vosne Romanée Malconsorts, it is perfectly pitched between Nuits St George grip and tension and Vosne Romanée exuberance and silky charm. Redolent of fresh cherry and red berry, the wine shuts down a little on the finish, but that is to be expected at this youthful stage, as it has a long and full life ahead of it.
2024 Nuits St Georges 1er Cru Aux Boudots Benjamin Leroux
£337.00 In Bond £414.77 Inc VAT (£138.25 Per Bottle)-
Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
Located on the very northern edge of Nuits St Georges, and neighbouring Vosne Romanée’s Malconsorts, Aux Boudots enjoys well-drained soils with plenty of stones and is a prized source of high-class fruit. Benjamin made 7 barrels this year, all picked by hand and no whole bunch as he was worried about the ripeness of the stems. Stunning notes of wild herbs and fresh mint on the nose with a cherry and an intriguing coconut note. Pure and sweet cherry and black plum fruit with an energetic line of mineral-driven acidity and subtle tannins.
2024 Nuits St Georges Vieilles Vignes Domaine Truchetet
£320.00 In Bond £384.00 Inc VAT (£64.00 Per Bottle)-
Goedhuis Waddesdon, December 2025
The grapes for this cuvée come from two neighbouring lieux dits just outside Prémeaux Prissey; Les Charbonnières, where Truchetet’s vines are 100 years old, and Les Topons, where they are 70 years old. Unsurprisingly this is a flagship wine for the estate and an example of why aged vines are so protected and revered in the Côte d’Or. A deep dark berry personality, blackcurrant and black forest fruits, with a lacing of vanilla oak sweetness. Impressively concentrated and very long. A very special cuvée as always.
