  • RETAIL prices include UK Duty and VAT. Wines for UK delivery can only be purchased this way.

  • Duty Paid wines have been removed from Bond and cannot subsequently be returned to Bond.  VAT is payable on Duty Paid wines. These wines must remain Duty Paid but can be purchased as such for storage subject to VAT.

    The 2021 Brunello di Montalcino Vigna Le Due Porte is wonderfully lifted, airy and fresh, with a lovely blend of minty herbs and shavings of pine giving way to crushed blackberries and mentholated herbs. It soothes the senses with ripe red and blue fruits elevated by a core of cooling acidity as violet inner florals swirl throughout. A staining of primary concentration is framed by sweet tannins, finishing long, structured and beautifully balanced.

The palate shows great finesse and intensity, featuring succulent wild raspberry, cherry compote, star anise and crushed mint. Taut, refined tannins and fresh acidity keep it well balanced.
