  • Duty Paid wines have been removed from Bond and cannot subsequently be returned to Bond.  VAT is payable on Duty Paid wines. These wines must remain Duty Paid but can be purchased as such for storage subject to VAT.

  • En Primeur wines can only be purchased In Bond. On arrival in the UK these wines can either be stored In Bond in Private Reserves or another bonded warehouse or delivered directly to you. When you decide to take delivery, Duty and VAT at the prevailing rate become payable.

    Situated to the south of the St Aubin appellation and bordering two Puligny Montrachet Premiers Crus, the south-west facing Dents de Chien vineyards are highly prized. Thin soils and an altitude of 400m create a wine with great freshness and juicy peach. 30% new oak is used to add structure and a buttery croissant note with toasted almonds and a round creaminess.

Due west of Puligny and Chassagne lies the little, picturesque village of St. Aubin. With the neighbouring village of Gamay, it produces 2/3 white wine and 1/3 red wine over 230 hectares of vines of which over 3/4 are premier cru. It was one of the last appellations created in only 1970 but has since created an excellent reputation for good value well made Burgundy that can replicatePuligny. Some of the most expressive vineyards are En Remilly and Les Murgers des Dents de Chien.
