Having long held the title of Worst Photographer in the office, during our Italian tasting trip I found an idiot-proof setting on the camera and have gone some way to redeeming myself. The stunning vineyards and winery of Manincor were an inspiring subject, the ultra modern winery built within the hillside juxtaposed with the traditional castello and vineyards teaming with life in the brilliant Spring sunshine :
Barrel staves seasoning in the sun.
Sheep grazing (relaxing/snoozing) in the vineyards.
Bee hives for biodiversity and to make delicious Manincor honey
