Nicolas Potel is one of our favourite Burgundy producers. He has both an impeccable pedigree and impressive experience. He has recently moved to a new venture – Domaine and Maison Roche de Bellene, and we are looking forward to tasting the results soon.
The good news is that Nicolas is coming over to London to host a dinner we have organised with the Bleeding Heart in Hatton Garden on Tuesday 20th October. The wines are a combination of old and new – whites from Roche de Bellene and mature reds from Maison Nicolas Potel via the Goedhuis cellars.
The Bleeding Heart is a seriously good French restaurant and they are making the evening a proper Burgundian feast with snails, pike, hare and epoisses. Not for the faint-hearted, but definitely for lovers of good food and wine. For full details click here.
