Château Rauzan-Ségla
1996 & 2001

Few Bordeaux estates have a pedigree like Château Rauzan-Ségla. Founded in 1661 by Pierre Desmezures de Rauzan, it was already one of the Médoc’s most sought-after wines by the 18th century, earning the admiration of Thomas Jefferson during his 1787 tour of Bordeaux. Ranked among the very finest Second Growths in the 1855 Classification, Ségla has enjoyed a remarkable renaissance since its acquisition by the Wertheimer family in 1994. Today, it remains one of the most elegant and perfumed expressions of Margaux.

We have two excellent mature vintages, 1996 and 2001, now available in a special offer and released directly from the château’s own cellars. Provenance really doesn't get better than this.
