Goedhuis presented some spectacular wines at a tasting last night in association with the luxury lingerie label, Agent Provocateur.
Grace, the private ladies club set in the heart of Knightsbridge, was our setting. Amid slick architecture and the silky “˜Soiree’ rage worn by spinning mannequins, our guests sampled a line-up of perfect for Christmas wines (full list below).
Guests particularly loved the Chateau Fontenille, Entre Deux Mers, a very fruity and ample white from Bordeaux. Both Burgundy and Bordeaux were received with great pleasure.
The surprise of the evening was Etna Rosso ‘A Rina Girolamo Russo, a smoky red with vivacious fresh cherry fruit on the palate and a spicy finish.
