We held a vertical Pichon Baron tasting last night at the Royal Fusilliers Headquearters in the Tower of London. More on the properly spectacular wines later, but for the moment a few photos of the Tower.
We had finished all the set up, and in the calm before the storm had time to wander around the deserted grounds of the Tower. It was a genuinely thrilling experience; imposing architecture imbued with history against the strikingly modern London skyline.
